I can download but how come I can’t install application on my Android phone?
  • Go out to the Android market and download Astro File Manager (if you do not already have it installed).
  • On /sdcard look for a directory called “com.ifightvideo.<app_name>”
  • Delete the “com.ifightvideo.<app_name>”.
  • Uninstall the <APP_NAME> application.
  • Complete reboot the phone(i.e. turn the phone completely off)
  • Remove the sd card.
  • Insert the sd card.
  • Turn phone back on.
  • Reinstall the <APP NAME> application.
  • Wait for the download to complete before opening any other apps.
  • Once you receive the notification that the download is complete run the <APP NAME> application.

We highly recommend that you do the download over WiFi(which should take about 2-3 mins). If you do the download over 3G it can take everywhere from (7-10 mins) depending on how strong your signal is.

When I try to do XXX it I get an error that says Insuficient Permissions?
Sometimes Android will inappropriately detect the SD card as read only, which tells the app to not allow any changes to the files. A couple of suggestions to fix this:
  • Reboot your phone and the operation again.
  • Unmount the SD card – From the home screen click Menu / Settings / SD card / Unmount SD card. Then physically remove and re-insert the card and try the operation again.
Can I view video files on my SD card outside of the app?
No, the video files are encrypted so that they can only be played from inside of the applications that they downloaded for.
